At Veritas Collegiate Academy, we offer a comprehensive academic program that includes a wide range of subjects designed to provide a well-rounded education. Our curriculum is based on the classical Christian education philosophy, incorporating the Trivium - grammar, logic, and rhetoric stages - to ensure students receive a holistic learning experience.
Chesapeake, VA
Our founding campus of Veritas is located in northern Chesapeake, near the border of Virginia Beach. The school is closely located to areas in Norfolk, Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. The academy itself was established in 2003 in Chesapeake, Virginia, by Sean and Maria Elgut. Mr. and Mrs. Elgut, seeking a high performing Christian school for their five children, was inspired by an emerging Classical Christian movement. In 2002, Sean Elgut attended a teacher training seminar in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, organized by Veritas Press. This experience laid the foundation for Veritas Collegiate Academy.
Shenzhen
In the Fall of 2019, Veritas opened its third campus in China. Located in the beautiful coastal city of Shenzhen on the border of Hong Kong, the Veritas Delangruisi Campus benefits from a superior location and China’s reform and opening-up policy. One of the largest cities in China, Shenzhen is a modern and international metropolis. Dubbed as ‘China Silicon’, today’s Shenzhen gathers more than 14,000 high-tech companies including Huawei, Lenovo and Tencent. It also is the innovation hub of a new generation of emerging start-ups, which makes it the most competitive and innovative city in China.
Beijing
Veritas Collegiate Academy widened its vision to bring classical education across the globe when it opened its doors in Beijing, China in 2015. The school continues to expand, and today serves grades 6-11, and has grown in both quantity and quality of students and faculty. As the first American Classical school in Beijing, China, Veritas is gradually becoming one of the premier American college prep. schools in that city.
Xinhongqiao Shanghai
Located in the center of Shanghai, close to one of the busiest airport hub in China. Xinhongqiao Shanghai campus is open to both Chinese and foreign students from grades 9-11. Based on Veritas unique classical education system, Xinhongqiao provides individualized small size classes and hierarchical teaching method. In addition to providing standard American classical school curriculum and AP courses for students to better prepared for American universities. The transportation is very convenient. and dormitories can be provided.
Seoul
Located in the vibrant Gangnam District of Seoul, Veritas South Korea aims to provide an outstanding educational experience that reflects our dedication to academic excellence and innovation.
This significant expansion into South Korea represents a momentous occasion for Veritas. We are honored to establish a presence in a country rich in culture and dynamism. Our new campus will not only introduce our esteemed programs to South Korean students but also cultivate a strong partnership between our US campus and our Seoul campus.
Budapest
In the Fall of 2020, the first European Campus of Veritas will open in the beautiful Central European city of Budapest, Hungary. Located on the campus of the Korosi Csoma Bilingual Baptist High School, Budapest Hungary, in an adjoining building, Veritas will open this year serving students in 9th grade, and will add 1 to 2 grades each year, with the goal of becoming a 1-12 school within 5 years.
Suzhou
Veritas Collegiate Academy Suzhou Campus is located on the eastern side of Jinji Lake in Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 50,000 square meters. With its picturesque environment, year-round scenic beauty, and state-of-the-art teaching facilities, the campus provides an ideal setting for learning and development.
New York 2026
Veritas Collegiate Academy is taking an exciting step forward by opening a new campus in 2026 on the historic grounds of Donald Trump's former military school, the New York Military Academy in Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York. This expansion will bring the academy's renowned Classical Christian curriculum to a site steeped in tradition and discipline. By repurposing this prestigious location, Veritas aims to blend military-inspired values with its global educational mission, offering K-12 programs that prepare scholars for top colleges worldwide while honoring the site's enduring impact on American history.
Jinjiang Zijiang
Jinjiang Zijiang School encompasses a sprawling 435-acre campus with over 150,000 square meters of built-up area. The school boasts state-of-the-art facilities including advanced laboratories, computer classrooms, language laboratories, and multimedia classrooms. Additionally, it features a standard 400-meter synthetic track field, basketball and volleyball courts, dedicated music and physical education classrooms, student piano rooms, specialized art and labor classrooms, a library building, reading rooms, audio-visual and network libraries, and other modern educational technology facilities.
